Burglary
Location: 3100 block Scott Blvd.
Officer Bonenberger responded to a burglar alarm. He noticed a suspicious vehicle occupied by two males driving off of the private property. He initiated a traffic stop and found that the pickup truck that the suspects were driving contained several hundred pounds of braided copper cable. The suspects dressed in orange shirts and vests had made access to the vacant buildings via a chain link fence. They had spent many hours during the night pulling cable and filling up their pickup. The suspects were arrested and booked at S.C.P.D.

Domestic Violence
Location: 3800 block Eastwood Cir.
Officers were sent to a domestic violence incident. The suspect scratched her husband in the neck area and the victim received four semi-deep scratches as a result. The victim refused medical treatment. The suspect was arrested and booked at S.C.P.D.

Burglary
Location: 2200 block Lawson Ln.
A nearby business owner reported seeing two males in and about the front doors to an abandoned business. This business is being demolished, but heavily frequented by metal scrap thieves. Officers surrounded the building as the two suspects left. Both suspects were arrested and booked at S.C.P.D.

Warrant Arrest
Location: 2200 block The Alameda
The suspect distracted a restaurant customer long enough to steal his car keys. When the victim refused to "pay" for his car keys, the suspect fled towards a motel. Officers confirmed the suspect was registered at one room. They contacted her. During their contact they learned that she had a warrant. She was arrested and booked at S.C.P.D.
