D.U.I. - Traffic Accident
Location:  2400 block Agnew  Rd.
The suspect attempted to make a left turn from Mission College Blvd. onto Agnew Rd.  He failed to negotiate the turn and crashed through a gate and into a tree. The suspect was determined to be intoxicated.  He was arrested and booked at S.C.P.D.

D.U.I. -  Traffic Accident
Location:  4400 block Stevens Creek Blvd.
Officers responded to an injury accident. The suspect and his wife were leaving a bar. At closing, he retrieved their vehicle from the parking lot. The suspect drove to the front of the bar to pick up his wife. Unfortunately, the suspect was too intoxicated to safely drive and hit the victim. The injuries did not appear life threatening.  The suspect was arrested and booked at S.C.P.D.

D.U.I.
 Location:  El Camino Real and Benton St.
A citizen called to report the suspect who fell asleep at a stop light.  Officer Henry responded and determined that the suspect had fallen asleep as a result of being intoxicated.  He was arrested and booked at S.C.P.D.

Burglary
Location:  1900 block Wyatt Dr.
Three business suites were entered when rocks were used to smash the windows. In each incident all the drawers appeared to have been rummaged through. Several items of value were not taken.  The loss to date is not yet known.

Vehicle Theft – Recovery
Location:  3400 block El Camino Real
The suspect parked his own vehicle at a car wash. He made contact with the manager and handed him his business card. The suspect got into a freshly cleaned customers car that was coming out of the other end of the wash. He fled in the victim's vehicle. A few hours later, S.J.P.D. located the car and the suspect. The suspect was arrested and booked into County Jail. His bizarre actions appear to be methamphetamine related.

Hit and Run
Location:  2200 block Deborah Ave.
A Lincoln Towncar was sideswiped by a vehicle in the early morning hours. The damage was consistent with the damage found on a recovered stolen vehicle just two blocks away. The stolen vehicle was believed to have been used by a relative.
