Warrant Arrest
Location: El Camino Real & Calabazas Blvd.
Officer Filo saw the suspect loitering around some cars at the corner of El Camino Real and Calabazas Blvd. The suspect was not forthcoming about his reason for being there. Officer Filo was notified by records that the suspect had a warrant. He was arrested and taken to County Jail.

Robbery
Location: 2700 block Homestead Rd.
The victim was at a bank about to make a deposit of weekend receipts. He was struck over the head with a crowbar. Cash was taken. The unknown suspect fled southbound on Kiely Blvd. Officer Brian Allen found discarded clothing worn by the suspect. The area was immediately searched by responding officers. The suspect was not located. The investigation is on going.

Prowler
Location: 400 block Winchester Blvd.
A witness from an apartment complex reported a male entering the grounds through a hole in the fence. Officer Henry contacted a male in the immediate area. He was identified by the witness as the person entering the complex. The suspect had no reasonable explanation for being in the area and was in possession of a lug nut to remove wheels from cars. The suspect was booked at S.C.P.D.

Hit and Run – Injury Accident
Location: Flora Vista and El Camino Real
Officers responded to a report of a hit and run accident involving a motorcyclist and truck. The truck was seen fleeing the scene. The truck was quickly located by Officer Fitzgerald and the suspect was arrested and booked into County Jail. The victim was transported to Santa Clara Valley Medical Center for treatment.

Domestic Violence
Location: 2100 block San Antonio Pl.
Officer Wolf investigated a domestic violence assault that took place at a daycare center. The suspect was involved in a disturbance with her boyfriend after a conflict when picking up their son. The suspect became enraged, scratched the victim in the face, and then pushed him down to the ground. The suspect fled the scene prior to the officer’s arrival, but was later tracked down and arrested by Officer Wolf. She was booked into County Jail.

Assault with a Deadly Weapon
Location: Clay St. and Scott Blvd.
Officers responded to the report of a fight involving multiple persons. The suspect believed that the victim was responsible for the theft of her purse earlier in the week while they were at work. The suspect got off work early this evening, and waited in the parking lot for the victim to later leave the business. The suspect in one vehicle, assisted by other suspects in two others, coordinated a multiple vehicle block as the victim attempted to leave. When the victim got out of the car she was assaulted by the suspect and knocked to the ground where she was then kicked in the face. The victim was transported to Santa Clara Valley Medical Center. Sergeants Fitting and Winter, along with Officers Fanucchi and Schneider, located the suspect at her residence. She was arrested and booked into County Jail.

Assault with a Deadly Weapon
Location: 2300 block El Camino Real
Officers responded to a call from the clerk of a store. A male suspect assaulted one of the store employees by striking him with a plastic newspaper stand and biting his finger. The suspect was apprehended at El Camino Real and Los Padres Blvd. He was arrested and booked into County Jail.

Assault with a Deadly Weapon
Location: 3600 block Stevens Creek Bl.
The suspect and victim were involved in several verbal altercations at work. Today, the victim and suspect argued and the suspect became enraged. The suspect threw a glass soda bottle at the victim and struck him in the mouth. The victim had a laceration on the left side of his lower lip, and one tooth was broken. The victim was transported to Santa Clara Valley Medical Center. The suspect was arrested and booked into County Jail.

Assist Other Agency Outside City Location: San Jose
Bureau of Narcotics Enforcement asked for our narcotic detection trained K-9 assistance to assist them with a search warrant in San Jose. Officer Johnsen and Ciro responded. They assisted in the location of an excess of 9 pounds of Methamphetamine, a gun, and over $13,000. Some of it was secreted inside the walls of the structure. Bureau Of Narcotics Enforcement was extremely grateful. Officer Johnsen and Ciro did an outstanding job.

Under the Influence Of Drugs / Parole Violation
Location: 2600 block The Alameda
Officer Blass was conducting a welfare check of a subject asleep in a car. The suspect turned out to be on parole, under the influence, and had in his possession several different credit card numbers, name of the holder, and the security code from the card, all presumably patrons of a restaurant where he’d been employed. He was arrested and booked into County Jail.

Burglary
Location: 200 block Saratoga Av.
An unknown suspect smashed the front window at a liquor store and entered the store. The suspect took cash and Lotto type tickets. Officer Lee responded and recovered evidence at the scene.

Hit and Run Accident
Location: 400 block El Camino Real
The driver of a new Mustang lost control of the vehicle on El Camino and collided into a light standard partially dislodging the pole and severely damaging the car. The driver jumped into a white pickup that was following behind it and fled the scene.
