Assist Other Agency Within City
Location: Kaiser Hospital
A Kaiser Emergency Room Nurse contacted the Police Department regarding a person with a gunshot wound to the leg. Coincidentally, the Campbell Police Department had reported the armed robbery of a liquor store in which the suspect dropped his gun on the way out. The weapon discharged, hitting the suspect in the leg. We made contact with this person and held him and his driver and until Campbell PD arrived.

Burglary
Location: 1200 Block of Comstock Street
Two Hispanic males broke into a furniture store just after 2:00 a.m. They smashed a front window to gain entry. A passing garbage truck driver saw this incident and called the police. The vehicle associated with this burglary is a gray or green Ford Ranger truck with an extended cab.

Theft from Vehicle
Location: 900 Block of Madeline
A witness reported seeing someone using a flashlight to look into vehicles. When detained by Officer Filo, the suspect dropped his penlight and a wallet that he had stolen out of a vehicle around the corner from this location. The suspect was on parole for prior thefts. He was arrested and booked at the County jail.

The suspect in an Assault With a Deadly Weapon (shooting) case several months ago was located and arrested. He was booked into Santa Clara County jail.

Warrant Arrest - Felony
Location: 2000 block El Camino Real
Officer Aminyar responded to and handled a domestic disturbance in a parking lot. One party in the disturbance was arrested for her outstanding warrant for failure to provide for a minor. She was booked at S.C.P.D.

D.U.I. / Accident
Location: Saratoga Ave. And Pruneridge Ave.
The suspect drove on Saratoga Ave. from Pruneridge Ave. The suspect vehicle did not have a tire on the right front wheel. The suspect hit two parked cars before finally coming to rest. The suspect’s level of drug intoxication was so extreme that he was unable to stand. The suspect was arrested.
